Day 39

Friends, or love?

Often, I've been thinking, if not, Sudoku-ing or reading. But somehow, my mind will drift and think of something else that doesn't relate to what I am doing at that point of time. Daydream, planning, writing a life statement of myself, relating other people's life to what I'm thinking.

Ever since from secondary school time, there's always one thing that sets me thinking. Friends, or love. Well in secondary school, what love meant was fun, companionship and pride. Nothing too serious to feel. Or rather, that's what I've observed in my days.

I've got friends, who fought, and cried and silent for hours. When other close friends who care, pop in to check the matter, there'll always be a solution. It's that simple when we were younger.

As the days go by, things got complicated. Most people won't understand what they might lose when making certain decisions, despite all advices given. And when they finally get the idea, it's when they lost it already. Adults tend to make things complex and that's inevitable. For those who love their friends more than anything, they are either strong-minded or, perhaps had lost friend(s) in the past due to the fact of being easily brainwashed or blinded by what they believed was love.

If you were given a chance again, would you want to look for the friend who got lost on your way to love? Cherish friendship, that is what I will always believe.

P/S: of course not cherish those harrassive, violent, crazy, etc kinda people whom you think affect your life negatively though. Lol

Day 37

People different from me can be seen everyday, everywhere. It's not nice to say they are weird, but sometimes they just apparently are. We do say people are weird especially when they are so different. Have you thought that people might think we are weird too?

Don't you agree we are all different (or weird in this case) individuals living in his crazy world, where some people do crazy things or behave crazily?

My darling and me are two of this kind doing something crazy - falling crazily in love.

Being single for long, longing for a partner, knowing each other for a year and a half, spend two days one night together with nunu and miss lim, that's how absurd we got together in the end and doing like what others always say, "you two look like as if you've been together for quite long already.". I don't get what they meant, so i can only interpret it as we are exceptionally mature in this new relationship. Like my dad's advice, this is the beginning. You never know what might happen to change the view of the two of you.

Is this like a wet blanket being thrown to me when I am all hot in passion, or is it some kind of unseen encouragement? Whatever it is, i am still gonna put in as much trust and understanding as I can.

I know all know that my dar has access and can read whatever crap that is being said here, but I am still gonna say what that had walked through my mind. This, is our way of communicating. Just like I'll read his blog to download more data of his life.

It's been so long

Yes. I haven't got the time to update. Everyday, my life now is revolving around my work, family, festive season (this case, it's christmas) and the new addition to my fantastc world, my boyfriend.

There is no way that i can explain how much i love him. Today is the mark of first day after one month being together. And we seems to have been in love for the longest time we know. Who on earth can explain this to me? Not just me and him, several people in our lives think the same insane way as us! Lol.

But oh well, who cares? As long as we are truely in love and living in passion each day, i don't care about any other unnecessary stuffs anymore!

Dim sum anyone?

The food isn't bad, but not a lot of varieties. Tea is good, service not bad. Location is easy to find. Nice food and ambience. Has a very strong Hong Kong Dim Sum feel. LOL. Worth a try. :)

Marriage.

Date: 12th December 2009
Time: 9.30am
Location: Grand Aunt's flat.

I've always tell the people around me, if by 30 years old, I am not married, I shall stay single till the end. I had even made a pact with my dar before we got together, that if by 30 and I am still alone, not married, he's gotta marry me. LOL. And we got together in the end anyway.

But that is not the point. The point is. After witnessing my Grand Aunt's (yes! Grand Aunt. My mom's auntie.) solemnization at her humble house, I got a different view now. Who says after your prime age, your value will depreciate? Who says old people can't find true love? Who say elderly should not express their love and get married at such late years? My grand aunt proved all these wrong. She's a heroine! She's a great role model for marriage and true love. I simply love her for being brave for her love, although that was the first and only time that I've seen her. LOL.

Day 20

I have been happy with my dar. Or rather, very happy, extremely happy, happy beyond words. But somehow, these 2 days, I have been feeling weird. I feel sad. I can't put them to words. And I am afraid to hurt him in the process. I know he will read this.

I can't speak the feelings out and could only say countless of sorry to you. But deep in my heart, I love you. I do. :) And I know you do too. It's just a passing wind that carries the bad and emo feelings back to me. It will be gone soon, real soon. And I will be happy again! I enjoy your company as much as you do. Just that sometimes, I am just worried that you will be too tired to travel to and fro, just to accompany me. :)

No matter what, I will pack up the unwanted load, throw them far far away and pick up the puzzel pieces that lie ahead of us. Our future worth more than anything, just like how much it matters to you.

Collecting iPhone tonight. :)
Dar is going with me and I guess it shall be an awesome day.
Tomorrow, we shall be having dinner with Dar's poly friends, but he'll be on halfday.
Guess I won't feel so lonely without him around for half a day.

Missing Dollar Riddle

Three guests check into a hotel room. The clerk says the bill is $30, so each guest pays $10. Later the clerk realizes the bill should only be $25. To rectify this, he gives the bellhop $5 to return to the guests. On the way to the room, the bellhop realizes that he cannot divide the money equally. As the guests didn’t know the total of the revised bill, the bellhop decides to just give each guest $1 and keep $2 for himself.

Now that each of the guests have been given $1 back, each has paid $9, bringing the total paid to $27. The bellhop has $2. If the guests originally handed over $30, what happened to the remaining $1?

Standard Chartered Run 2009

This is the second year I've taken part and completed the 10km Run (ok, I walked). But every time, i will somehow hurt myself somewhere hidden. Last year, I hurt my back a few weeks after the run. Probably it had hurt my back muscle during the race without my knowledge and it got worse after that. This year, it's the back of my knee that is hurting. I can't really walk properly for the time being. T_T Hope it will get better soon!

Fun with Toys.

Dar had bought a lot of toys from online stores and they are displayed on his cubicle walls. Instead of leading the lonely and boring lives sitting by the walls, the toys came to life and partied like any of us out there. :)

First date.

Miss lim, me, HL, and some other thought we were tgt for quite some time already. But our first official date happened on the 6th day of our relationship. Today is the 10th day but it feels like it's already the first month that we are together. We've got no idea why that feeling came from, but it's just au naturel! LOL. I love him, just like how he loves me. :)
